For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to work in healthcare, and I enjoyed working with my hands, so dentistry seemed like a natural fit. The best part of being a general practitioner is having the ability to form relationships with patients. It’s great to form bonds with people while, at the same time, taking care of their oral health. I look forward to seeing how these relationships grow during my years at Westside Dental.
Education and Continuing Education
- Holy Cross High School
- Fairfield University – Undergraduate Degree
- University of Connecticut, School of Dental Medicine – Doctorate of Dental Medicine
- Danbury Hospital – General Practice Residency
Being a professional is a commitment to lifelong learning, so I take both online and lecture-based CE courses to stay up to date with current trends in dentistry. It’s important to keep current with the science behind dental medicine, as everything we do and recommend for our patients is evidence-based and backed by research. The state of Connecticut mandates 24 hours of CE over a two-year period, but I find myself taking extra credit hours every year to give my patients the best care possible.
- American Dental Association
- Connecticut State Dental Association
- Dental Society of Greater Waterbury
